Schindler’s List

Oscar Schindler,was a German businessman who was a friend to Nazi officials, opened a farmer in Krakow (Poland) who made pots for the army.He respected all his workers, especially Itzhak Stern, the man who was in charge and the war was ordered by the Nazi party to send all the Jews left to Krakow to Auscwitz.The sculptor decided to save his workers from death.Together with Itzhak Stern he designed a list of names, the names of his Jewish workers. It was a very long list, about a thousand people.Then he went to the SS and told them he wanted to open a weapons factory in Czechoslovakia and needy. His Jewish workers returned, gave the officers a lot of money and obtained the release of every man,woman and child whose name was on the list.One day the Nazis evicted all the Jews from the Krakow ghetto and took them to a camp production and the Jewish workers were free.Schindler had saved a thousand lives
